GENERAL DEFINITIONS
Betting Platform refers to the online service operated under the WinWin brand, providing users with opportunities to place bets via the internet.
Company’s Brand is the distinctive identity that sets the Company apart from its competitors, making it easily identifiable among users. The primary brand associated with this Affiliate Program is WinWin (hereinafter referred to as the “Company’s Brand”).
Website or Online Resource (hereinafter referred to as “WinWin”) represents one or multiple web domains owned by the Company that incorporate the Company’s Brand in their domain names, either in full or in part.
Company’s Services refer to the range of betting and gaming services provided to users on the Company’s platforms.
Affiliate Program is a partnership arrangement between the Company and an Affiliate, allowing the Affiliate to promote the Company’s services via their own digital channels.
Affiliate refers to an individual or legal entity that joins the Affiliate Program through winwinbet.partners with the primary objective of referring new users to the Company’s platform and promoting its services.
AAffiliate Account is the personal account assigned to an Affiliate within the Affiliate Program. It provides access to tracking and performance metrics.
New Users are individuals who have never registered on any WinWin website before. They are referred to the Company by an Affiliate through designated tracking tools, subsequently creating an account and making their first deposit.
Referral Link is a unique URL assigned to an Affiliate that directs traffic to the Company’s website while incorporating the Affiliate’s tracking identifier.
Earnings represent the commission-based compensation awarded to an Affiliate based on the activity and profitability of the new users they refer.
Payments refer to the disbursement of earnings from the Affiliate Program to the Affiliate via an external payment provider.
Reporting Period defines a specific timeframe within which an Affiliate can monitor their performance metrics and track their commissions.
Advertising Materials encompass all promotional assets, including text, images, videos, and mixed-media content, designed to market the Company’s services online.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
General Provisions
1.1. Affiliates must review and accept the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program before engaging in any promotional activities on behalf of the Company.
1.2. Only individuals aged 18 years or older may participate in the Affiliate Program. The Company bears no responsibility for any breaches of age-related regulations. If this requirement is violated, the Company reserves the right to withhold payments and terminate the Affiliate’s account.
1.3. The Affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and personal data. The Company will not be held accountable for unauthorized access due to the Affiliate’s negligence.
1.4. The Company retains the right to decline cooperation with any Affiliate without providing a reason.
1.5. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication channels registered in their Affiliate Account. The most recent agreement version published on the Affiliate Program’s website shall take precedence.
1.6. Affiliates are permitted to register only one account within the program. Any attempt at duplicate registration, including sub-affiliate arrangements, is strictly prohibited.
Placement of Advertising Materials
2.1. Affiliates can place Advertising Materials on their approved websites and platforms as part of their promotional activities.
2.2. All promotional efforts must adhere to the legal and regulatory standards of the target region. Affiliates may only use Company-approved and moderated Advertising Materials.
2.3. If an Affiliate creates custom promotional content, they must submit it for Company approval before publication. Any failure to comply may result in corrective action, as outlined in section 2.8.
2.4. Affiliates must ensure that all Advertising Materials remain accurate and current. Examples of outdated or misleading materials include:
- Incorrect bonus or promotion details
- Expired or misleading creatives
- Use of outdated Company branding
- Ads linking to competitors while using the Company’s branding
Failure to comply may result in the Company modifying the Affiliate’s Agreement terms or blocking their account.
2.5. Affiliates are fully responsible for all content on their promotional platforms.
2.6. Affiliates must not publish any defamatory, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content, including materials that promote violence, discrimination, or misleading information.
2.7. Promoting the Company’s services in prohibited jurisdictions is not allowed.
2.8. The use of incentivized traffic is strictly prohibited.
2.9. If an Affiliate violates these terms, they will receive a warning with a deadline to rectify the issue. Failure to comply within five business days may result in withheld payments or account suspension.
Traffic Sources
3.1. Affiliates must provide full transparency regarding their traffic sources upon registration.
3.2. Concealing traffic sources is strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties, including withheld earnings and account termination.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to audit traffic sources for compliance. Affiliates may contact support for clarification on acceptable sources.
Use of the Company’s Intellectual Property
4.1. Affiliates may not replicate the appearance or design of the Company’s website or mislead users into believing they are interacting with the official WinWin brand.
4.2. Company logos, graphics, and promotional materials are only permitted with prior approval.
4.3. Affiliates must not register domain names or social media accounts containing the Company’s brand or any confusingly similar variations.
4.4. Affiliates may not bid on Company-related keywords in paid advertising campaigns or use them in meta tags without authorization.
4.5. Any breach of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Competition Restrictions
5.1. Affiliates may not impersonate the Company or its representatives.
5.2. Direct competition with the Company in advertising efforts is prohibited.
5.3. Unsolicited email marketing (spam), pop-unders, and click-under ads are prohibited.
5.4. Offering incentives for user sign-ups or deposits without Company approval is prohibited.
5.5. Affiliates may not register their own accounts using their referral links.
5.6. deceptive tracking techniques, such as cookie stuffing, are not permitted.
5.7. Affiliates must not engage in misleading attribution methods.
5.8. Any violations may result in termination of the Affiliate Account.
Confidentiality
6.1. Affiliates may be given access to confidential business information, which they must not disclose without prior Company approval.
6.2. Any breach of confidentiality terms may lead to contract termination and legal action.
Affiliate Compensation
7.1. Affiliate earnings are commission-based, with the percentage depending on the net revenue from referred users.
7.2. Newly registered Affiliates earn a 20% commission for the first three months. The rate may vary between 15% and 25%, based on performance.
7.3. If fewer than three new users are referred within three months, the Company reserves the right to alter commission terms or deactivate the Affiliate’s account.
Payments
8.1. Earnings are paid weekly (Tuesdays), provided the balance meets the minimum threshold of $30 or RUB 1,500.
8.2. Payments may be delayed due to technical issues or verification processes up to a maximum of two months.
Dispute Resolution
9.1. Affiliates may contest Company decisions by contacting Affiliate Support in writing.
9.2. Complaints without evidence may be dismissed.
9.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
9.4. The Company’s final dispute decision is binding and cannot be appealed.
